Cosmic Shimmer Opal Polish is a water-based and fast-drying medium, which contains a base colour polish with the addition of mica in a complementary colour, achieving beautiful opalescent effects for craft projects. When used on a dark card the mica colour dominates to give a completely different look. The pots have their own incorporated delivery system making them easy to apply to a variety of surfaces, including card and MDF.
Just prime the applicator sponge by rinsing with warm water then squeeze out excess water. Be sure to load the applicator by dragging the sponge across the edge of the pot. That way you're sure not to get too much polish onto your project. Apply to your surface in a circular motion. The polish can be used to highlight or cover an entire area, using the sponge or even your fingers, a cloth, roller or even a stamp.
